Ugly Face with HOT body! R3 zoned Global Re is confused in bringing this home to the market, but excited about the potential of this land as an R3 prime location. terrible 3 bedroom to be called a house on amazing land. basically come demolish and build townhouses here in walking distance to everything.... the land is that good that is under offer before hitting the market :)
