We live in the main part of the house, but we are also responsible for the 1 bedroom apartment that is attached (2/83 Livingstone Road).The apartment has its own access down the side of the house, and is completely self contained with no joining doors or access from the main house.The apartment is in excellent condition and consists of:Kitchen/Dining room - table and chairs in there come with the apartmentLiving area - large enough for a decent couch and open to the kitchen area.Bathroom - small but very adequate toilet/shower room between the living room and the bedroom (effectively an en suite).Bedroom - big enough for a double or queen bed.You will also be able to share our modest back yard.I'm sure google maps will tell you that it is a great location, close to the city and right next to Marrickville park which has recently been upgraded. Its a 10 minute walk to Petersham station or a 5 minute bus from just outside.There is always ample street parking very close by, we never have a problem finding a space.Rent is paid every two weeks and bills are on top, but very affordable.Perfect little place for a couple, but we are open to any person or people if they think they can fit in and pay rent on time.I will include a floor plan of the residence, the bit at the top right would all be yours!The couple moving out have some furniture they will not be taking, so it would be up to you whether you wanted to keep any or all of it in there.
