Why not become our caretaker at our social student/share accommodation complex in Upper Mount Gravatt. This studio apartment features it's own self contained ensuite and access. You'll also have access to a large shared kitchen and dining area in the adjoining building. - Being a caretaker you'll be responsible for ensuring the bins in the complex are put out. - Attend to potentially any tenants who are locked out of their rooms, etc. - Tending to communal area cleaning when required. - Hardwired data ports in each room, along with internet (not suitable for streaming). - Utilities included for an extra $20 per week (Electricity, Water and Internet). You'll be located right next door to the Hibiscus Sports Complex including swimming pool and basket ball courts, bus stop right on your door step, and 2km from Griffith University.
