The lounge has a double bed in it too. So there is bedding for 10.Bathroom has gas hot water (brand new system) and consists of a toilet, shower and basin, very spacious, you could fit a washing machine if you wanted too. All water into the shack is filtered from the river.Living area has a gorgeous white modular kitchen PLENTY of storage and a fridge/freezer, brand new dining table with storage in the bench seating. Finished off with light fittings and fully insulated (walls & ceiling)A comfy lounge and lovely decor really makes this shack feel like home. There is a 45 inch tv in the lounge area with a r/c wall a/c and block out curtains/blinds.Outside there is a brand new shaded deck, consisting of solar fairy lights, an outdoor setting and a hooded 6 burner bbq. It also has a wok burner which we mostly use to whip up a stir fry! Stairs lead down to a nice fire pit out the front which you can enjoy in winter, plenty of room to all sit around.The park features a big private river front lawned area, boat ramp, kiosk and bbq. Set up your gazebo for the day or the whole weekend! There is a camping area also where extended friends/family can camp or cabins are also available to hire.There are laundry facilities in the park and lots of bathrooms dotted around the park. A jumping pillow for the kids and a small playground at the end of our row.Any Dogs are allowed in the park as long as they're controlled on a lead.Annual fees $2983 includes all electricity, water, septic and rubbish (you also have the option of paying half yearly or quarterly) - and park rules do apply to ensure everyone can enjoy the park/river without any problems(can supply if you want to see them).Please call/sms for any further information.
