The quality of the upkeep is very obvious by the Frankston city council. There are walking tracks throughput and are wide enough to walk safely with the bikes, prams, wheelchairs in harmony. Playgrounds are well appointed, very family friendly. The access to the hospital is awesome as you can park your car on the other side, and walk thru the grounds to visit loved ones on the hospital without paying hospital car parking feesKids Birthday Party - Beautiful gardens with plentiful 'chirping ' birds. Good clean BBQs and toilets and a fantastic and safe playground for the kids to play in/on!Beautiful area for family, soppy couples or BBQs - Must have been to these gardens a thousand times over the years and its original and big enough to never get bored with it. Weddings, birthdays, company functions or just for a walk, it's a little oasis that could be anywhere.
